Planning Commission <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission provides recommendations to the City Council on Planning Applications, such as subdivisions, conditional <br />use permits, and ordinance amendments.The Commission, acting as the Board of Adjustments, has authority to approve Variances. <br />Parks, Recreation and Forestr y Commission <br />The Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission provides recommendations to the City Council for the development and improvement of parks <br />within the City.
