He reported the Council was <br /> 2 being asked to review and make a recommendation on the two year agreement. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Council Member Clark stated she was curious to see what the rates would be if the City put this <br /> 5 contract out for an RFP. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 Council Member Gunn supported the City sticking with a known entity, such as Kennedy & <br /> 8 Graven because the City has a good working relationship with this entity and they have tremendous <br /> 9 knowledge of the City. <br /> 10 <br /> 1 1 MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Cermak. To accept the two year agreement from Kennedy& Graven <br /> 12 with the proposed rate increase. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Council Member Meehlhause indicated he concurred with Council Member Gunn's comments <br /> 15 noting Kennedy& Graven had a host of staff members that were experts in their field. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Ayes—4 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 C.
