Item No: 8C <br />Meeting Date: January 27, 2025 <br />Type of Business: Council Business <br />City Administrator Review: <br />City of Mounds View Staff R <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator, Brian Beeman, Assistant <br />City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Approval of Mounds View Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Chair <br />Introduction: At their January 15, 2025 Mounds View Planning & Zoning Commission <br />regular meeting, the Planning Commission discussed, voted upon, and is recommending <br />Dennis Farmer to be the Planning & Zoning Chair for 2025. <br />The Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws require the Commission to <br />recommend a Chair to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. <br />Discussion: <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission recommends appointing Dennis Farmer as the Chair <br />of the Commission for 2025.
