CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPOINTING A CHAIRPERSON FOR THE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR 2025 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View Municipal Code §33.001 establishes a <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, which shall be the City planning agency as <br />authorized by Minnesota Statute §462.354, Subd 1; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View Municipal Code §33.025 establishes a <br />Board of Adjustment and Appeals, of which its membership shall consist of members of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View Municipal Code §33.002(A) states that <br />based upon the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the City <br />Council, shall appoint a Chairperson; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission recommends <br />that Dennis Farmer be appointed Chairperson for 2025. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Dennis Farmer is <br />appointed as Chairperson of the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />2025. <br />Adopted this 27t" day of January, 2025. <br />Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br />
