The <br />following items present require corrective actions. <br />Exterior <br />Housing — Exterior — (PMCMV: 91.003 SUBD. A. 8.) Rubbish Accumulation. Any accumulation of <br />cans, bottles or trash or debris of any nature or description, and the throwing, dumping or <br />depositing of any dead animals, manure, garbage, waste, decaying matter, ground, sand, stones, <br />ashes, rubbish, cans, glass, food containers or other material of any kind on private property. <br />Behind the garages and near lower parking pad remove all junk materials including but not <br />limited to, old bicycles, household appliances, garbage, and junked items. <br />Housing— Exterior— (PMCMV: 91.007 SUBD. B. 1.) Vehicles. Abandoned, junk, and unsafe <br />vehicles are declared to be a public nuisance creating a hazard to the health and safety of the <br />public because they invite plundering, create fire hazards, attract vermin, and present physical <br />dangers to the safety and well-being of children and other citizens. The accumulation and <br />outside storage of such vehicles is in the nature of rubbish, litter, and unsightly debris and is a <br />blight on the landscape and detriment to the environment. No person in charge or control of <br />any property within the City, whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee, or otherwise shall <br />store or keep abandoned, junk, and unsafe motor vehicles on private or public property. <br />Remove the Volkswagen Beetle license number (265VRN) from the property. <br />Garages <br />Housing - Fire Safety — Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that <br />will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare. (MSFC 304.2) Garages <br />1, 2, and 3 have cluttered combustible storage. Remove all items not in use for the <br />maintenance of the property.
