Repair and/or replace damaged flooring, walls <br />and/or Ceilings. (IPMC: 305.3) There is discoloration on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom <br />mold like) and paint is damaged. Strip and repaint walls and ceiling in the bathroom. <br />Housing — Maintenance — (IPMC 102.2) Maintenance. Equipment, systems, devices and <br />safeguards required by this code or a previous regulation or code under which the structure or <br />premises was constructed, altered or repaired shall be maintained in good working order. <br />Replace the missing bathroom fan vent cover. <br />Housing - Structural — Doors. Repair and/or replace damaged door(s). (IPMC: 305.3) The front <br />door is missing some latching mechanicals. Ensure door has all proper latching mechanicals <br />and operates as intended. <br />Unit #6 <br />Housing - Plumbing - Broken Fixture Repair broken and/or leaky Fixture(s) - tub, toilet or <br />Shower. (IPMC: 504.1) Repair leaking faucet in the tub, and provide mechanical stopper at the <br />drain. <br />Please ensure that all of the listed items are brought into compliance prior to the next scheduled inspection. <br />A follow-up inspection has been scheduled for Thursday, June 10", 2021 at 3:15 PM. Additionally, <br />please be sure that access is made available to the areas listed. If you or a representative fails to show up <br />for this inspection or if not all items have been corrected, a fee will be charged for the next inspection or <br />attempted inspection at a rate of $100.00. The next inspection will be the fifth visit to your rental <br />property by the City, you will be charged the $100.00 inspection fee. <br />Any incomplete items will result in the City of Mounds View pursuing further enforcement actions, <br />including but not limited to abatement of violations, assessments, and potential revocation of the <br />rental license. Should you fail to adequately address these required corrections prior to the next <br />inspection, staff intends to recommend the revocation of your rental license at the June 14, 2021 <br />Mounds View City Council meeting.
