Resolution 9438 Continued <br />4. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Rainbow Treecare to perform Ash tree injections <br />for designated City owned trees and provide the same service to residents <br />for private ash trees in the City of Mounds View. Said contracts shall expire <br />on December 31, 2024. <br />5.
