County Road 10 Corridor Improvement Program <br />Funding Summary <br />August 30, 2005 <br />1. Pedestrian/Bicyclist trail on the northeast side of County Road 10 <br />from County Road H to Silver Lake Road <br />® Project will include: <br />- 10' bituminous trail <br />- landscaping <br />- lighting <br />- interpretive and educational signage <br />® Trail provides local and regional coiuiections to: <br />- Rice Creek Regional Trail System <br />- Park and Ride lot at I-35W <br />- City Hall and Community Center <br />- Ramsey County Library <br />- Silverview Park <br />- Northside Christian School <br />- Entertaiiunent and Cominercial Centers <br />® Project Estimated Cost = $625,000 <br />- Federal fiuiding requested = $500,000 <br />- Local match = $125,000 <br />Page 3 <br />It is anticipated that the federal selection process will be completed in December 2005 with <br />notification to applicants occurring in January 2006. Although projects selected will receive <br />funding in 2009 or 2010, there are opportunities to construct the trail earlier with other local <br />funds and then receive the federal fiords when they become available in a future year. <br />It is anticipated that the ITPPT"' will be developed over the next few months in conjunction with <br />the prioritization of the corridor projects.
