Called to <br />to order by Mayor Hankner at 7:02 PM on Order <br />Monday, December 17, 1990. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Wuori <br />Quick, Blanchard and Mayor Hankner. <br />Acting Clerk-Administrator Ric Minetor 2. Mounds <br />reviewed the Contract for Private Redevel- View <br />opment, Amendment 1 for Mounds View Business Business <br />Park South Park So. <br />Mr. Bill Franke of Everest Development spoke <br />about the removal of the technical requirement <br />of January of 1990 as presented in the past <br />by Mr. Bob Dieke. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Quick to adopt Amendment <br />#1 to the Contract for Private Redevelopment, <br />Mounds View Business Park South <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />• <br />Mayor Hankner opened the public hearing <br />on the Wetland Zoning Ordinance at 7:06 p.m. <br />City Attorney Richard Meyers stated that the 3. Wetland <br />ordinance is very comprehensive; summarized Zoning <br />the .history of the ordinance. He stated Ordinance <br />the ordinance is tough and clarifies some <br />administrative issues. <br />Mayor Hankner questioned whether the fee <br />structure had changed. Fees are not <br />listed in the ordinance. <br />Acting Clerk-Administrator Minetor stated <br />the permit fee has been discussed $10.00. <br />and is estimated to be $10.00. This <br />fee would come from a resolution. Cost would <br />include fee for staff reviewal of construction <br />in a wetland district. This would be addressed <br />if ordinance revisions are adopted. <br />
