' ~• 'M,ounds View City Council June 11, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the Loose Ends <br />property passed the fire inspection, but they have <br />not paid the first half of their liquor and restau- <br />rant inspection fees, but have stated they would <br />pay them by June 30. <br />Alice Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road, aslced if anyone <br />had checked to see if they are serving food. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied he had checked <br />three .weeks ago and they were serving food on <br />Sunday. <br />Steve Locke, owner of Loose Ends on 10, stated they <br />serve food on Sunday only. He added they passed <br />the health inspection last Wednesday and will have <br />their license fees paid in full within the next <br />week. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley noted it is allowed by <br />Code to pay only half the license fee for on-sale <br />establishments at one time. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:39 PM. <br />• Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve the renewal <br />of the on-sale intoxicating liquor license for <br />Loose Ends on 10, contingent upon receiving a <br />favorable report from the health department, and <br />payment of half the license fees by June 30. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the next public hearing at 7:40 PM. <br />Mr. Frits asked for a clarification of whether <br />it was on-sale or off sale, for both B and R <br />Liquor and Robert's Off 10. <br />It was clarified that Robert's Off 10 is on-sale <br />and B and R is off-sale. There were no further <br />comments, so Mayor Hankner closed the public <br />hearing and reopened the regular meeting at 7:41 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Wuori to approve the renewal <br />of the off-sale intoxicating liquor license for <br />B and R Liquor. <br />• 5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />12.
