Consideration <br />Youth & Family Services had been discus ed by the of Staff Memo <br />Council at their last agenda session, and he requested Regarding <br />direction on whether the Council would like the item Northwest Youth <br />left in the budget or if any other action should be and Family <br />taken. Residents <br />a taxpayer in Mounds View who was concerned with the Requests and <br />starting salary for the new clerk/administrator, Comments from <br />which. the Council has stated will be $55,000-$65,000. the Floor <br />He stated he felt it was excessive and he requested <br />the Council get citizen input before establishing that <br />salary. He added he would be happy to serve on a <br />citizen advisory committee. <br />Pat Rickaby, 8343 Groveland Road, read a prepared <br />statement expressing her concerns about the surface <br />water. management plan, stating she hasn't found a <br />tune when it was adopted and requesting a public <br />hearing before its adoption. She questioned th.e <br />validity of .statements made by the Council previously, <br />such. as saying it was mandated, and questioned how <br />much was required. <br />
