Mounds View City Council November 13, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting Page Three <br />• Acting Clerk/Administrator Minetor explained that <br />would normally be included in a site plan review. <br />Mr. Simons stated the County will be willing to offer <br />their services to both the City and the developer. <br />~,Counci lrnember 4Juori questioned what 'che City's res{~onsi bi 1 i t,~ <br />would be in removing hazardous material found in construction <br />debris that has been there for some time. <br />Mr. Minetor explained it would be the land owner's <br />responsibility to take care of any hazardous material. <br />Councilmember Paone joined the meeting at 7:34 PM. <br />Mr. Nelson explained they have not done a Phase I <br />environmental audit but have had significant soil <br />borings performed by Twin City Testing, with no indi- <br />cation of any suspicious materials. Twin City Testing <br />personnel will be on hand during the excavation. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:37 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />• No. 4007, approving the wetland alteration permit <br />request by Everest Development representing Tyson <br />Trucking, for Phase III of the proposed Tyson Trucking <br />warehouse expansion located at 4825 Mustang Circle, <br />Planning Case No. 266-89, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the second public hearing at 7:39 PM. <br />Mr. Harrington reviewed the request of the applicant <br />for a wetland alteration permit to construct an <br />addition to an existing single family residence <br />located at 8145 Long Lake Road. He explained the <br />proposed addition is located within the wetland <br />buffer area. <br />Mayor Hankner noted this request was not unlike <br />other requests the .City has received and approved in <br />the past. <br />Motion Carried <br />8. Public Hearing: <br />Consideration <br />of Wetland <br />Alteration <br />Permit for <br />Ronald Groove, <br />8745 Long Lake <br />Road <br />There were no questions or comments, so Mayor Hankner <br />closed the public hearing and reopened the regular. <br />• meeting at 7:41 PM. <br />
