I <br />am opposed to allowing a building permit variance to construct an oversized accessory <br />building at 7312 Park View Drive. Allowance of such a structure invites commercial <br />activities in our zoned residential neighborhood. It also sets a precedent for othe� <br />homeowners in the area to build similar structures which would very quickly deteriorate <br />the family atmosphere that is currently there and devaluate the homes in the area. One <br />• of the reasons we built our home in this area was because there were regulations on the <br />types of housing being built so that our home would retain its value. We also liked the <br />quiet residential streets so our children can ride their bikes and not be concerned about <br />commercial vehicles entering the area. Allowing structures such as the one currently <br />proposed will change that.
