Aliowance <br />of such a structure in�ites commercial actiyities in oetr zorted residential <br />neighborhaod. <br />Construction of the propased dwelling additio� will obstruct our �iew f�om <br />�� dectc and add an undesirable dimension. A property appraiser �eports <br />at this type of �iew detimiter can reduce adjacent property value from <br />3 to 7 percent. <br />One ot the major reasans that we purchased our home in this residential� <br />area was because of the builders house styling.
