Mounds View City Council Page Nine <br />~gular Meeting May 10, 1993 <br />Orduno stated that in summary the issues are contracting for <br />programming and services, salaries, square foot cost for construction, <br />property acquisition for Rice Creek site, issue of asbestos and ADA <br />compliance, estimate on furnishings, engineering costs, issue of a <br />referendum, governance in terms of the seniors, finish the basement and <br />substantiate the total costs. <br />C. Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, .reviewed Staff <br />Report No. 93-505C regarding summer water restrictions. Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, Staff Report <br />No. 93-506C regarding Ordinance No. 526 Amending Chapter 81 of the <br />Municipal Code of Mounds View By Adding Parking Restrictions on <br />Portions of Edgewood Drive, Greenfield Avenue, O'Connell Drive and <br />Clearview Avenue between the Hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Minetor <br />stated that this Ordinance was introduced on April 26, 1993. <br />Discussion had been brought up at that meeting regarding the use of <br />stickers for parking.
