There were no items removed. <br />MOTION[SECOND: Blanchard/Quick to adopt the Consent Agenda as <br />presented. <br />Councilmembers Blanchard and Quick both emphasized Item B. on the <br />Consent Agenda regarding the Informational. Meeting to be held on the <br />Storm Water Management Utility scheduled for June 21, 1993, at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br />• VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br />A. Mary Saarion, Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, reviewed <br />Staff Report No. 93-511C regarding Resolution No. 4369 Authorizing <br />the City of Mounds View to .Act As Legal Sponsor of Community. <br />Development Application Submitted on May 25, 1993. Saarion explained <br />that Resolution No. 4369 is a part of the administrative process of the <br />LAWCON grant which the City is receiving for the paving of Silver View <br />Park trail. <br />Orduno stated that residents are not aware of how frequently City <br />staff applies for grant money and, in the Metro area, Mary Saarion is <br />known as the "Queen of Grants" because of the number of grants she <br />applies for and her success in receiving grant monies for the. Saarion reported that Random Park is <br />Road and that this parking lot has been a <br />
