PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />October 11, 1993 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 p.m. <br />on Monday, October 11, 1993. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Councilmembers Trude, Wuori, <br />Blanchard and Quick. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator; Mike Ulrich, Public <br />Works Supervisor; Tim Cruikshank, Assistant to the City Administrator; <br />Jim Thomson, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. MOTION[SECOND: Trude/Wuori to approve minutes of September 20, <br />1993, Special Joint Council Meeting with Spring Lake Park and the <br />City of Mounds View, as amended. <br />Councilmember Trude asked that the minutes be amended to reflect the <br />City of Mounds View as two words throughout the minutes rather than <br />one word. <br />VOTE• 5 ayes 0 nays <br />b. MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Quick to approve the <br />minutes of the Mounds View City Council As <br />Councilmember Trude asked that the minutes <br />word "fee" in two areas on page five and t: <br />B., include the wording "Not to Exceed" <br />Motion Carried <br />September 27, 1993 <br />Amended <br />be amended by adding the <br />hat the "Motion" on page 8, <br />
