• Mounds View City Council Page Three <br />Regular Meeting October 25, 1993 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />a. 7:05 p.m. - Consideration of Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br />for Stanley Murzyn, 2840 Highway 10 <br />Mayor Linke called the public hearing to order at 7:12 p.m. <br />Michele Severson, Administration Secretary, reported that Mr. Murzyn <br />had provided the City with all required information with regard to <br />the licensing of off-sale intoxicating liquor establishments per <br />City Code. <br />Severson further stated that as a part of Resolution No. 4438, a <br />contingency to the liquor licensing stipulates that available off- <br />street parking on the site will be provided according to the plan <br />provided by the property owner dated December 8, 1992 and approved <br />by the City Council by the adoption of Resolution No. 4410. <br />Severson also stated that Paul Harrington, City Planner, had visited <br />the site and the paving is near completion and the striping has not <br />been completed. <br />• Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:17 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Blanchard to Adopt Resolution No. 4438 <br />Approving Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Stanley Murzyn, <br />2840 Highway 10 <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />b. 7:06 p.m. - Continuation of Public Hearing Regarding Potential <br />_Revocation of Conditional Use Permit, 3030 County Road J <br />Mayor Linke continued the public hearing regarding the potential <br />revocation of conditional use permit, 3030 County Road J at 7:18 <br />p.m. <br />Mayor Linke explained that Jim Thomson, City Attorney, recommended <br />continuing this public hearing to the November 8, 1993 Council <br />Meeting. <br />Mayor Linke continued the public hearing regarding potential <br />revocation of conditional use permit for-3030 County Road J to the <br />November 8, 1993 Council Meeting. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br />• A.
