unds View City Council <br />~gular Meeting <br />With regards to the question regarding surplus <br />monies in the fund, those monies can be used <br />to pay off the bonds or to reduce property taxes. <br />City Attorney Karney also stated that any excess <br />or surplus monies are reported and he gave an <br />example from several months ago of the unused <br />monies from the Everest Development project. <br />Tamara Hessburg, 7635 Woodlawn Drive asked if <br />surplus funds were given back to the taxpayers <br />or do they always stay in the fund? <br />Finance Director Brager responded by saying it <br />varies with each situation.
