unds View City Council <br />~gular Meeting <br />Page Five <br />April 22, 1991 <br />Jerry Ruhland, 8121 Red Oak Court was concerned with the <br />fact that his children play between the house and Sherwood <br />Road and with a 30 foot setback children could not see cars <br />coming down Sherwood. <br />Mr. Ruhland asked if Mr. Cook could come out and stake the <br />property so he could get a better idea of how things were <br />going to be placed. <br />Bill Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road inquired as to why this <br />particular case was a hardship case. Who plotted the lot? <br />Mayor Linke explained that the lot is very narrow and <br />this should have been caught by the City but was not.
