Report of .Administrator: <br />City Administrator Orduno received a <br />memorandum from Public Works Director/City <br />Engineer Ric Minetor regarding the City's <br />Building Official. Orduno stated that the <br />City had contracted with the City of Blaine <br />for Building Inspection services until the <br />end of April. City <br />Administrator Orduno stated the County was <br />doing some roadwork on this road. The <br />closing date has been extended to April 23, 1991. <br />City Administrator Orduno also reported on <br />the continuing saga of the Ramsey County <br />cooperative efforts. Orduno attended a <br />meeting of the Ramsey County League of Local <br />Governments to discuss the many various pieces of <br />legislation currently coming forth. <br />One of these pieces of legislation was a bill <br />proposed by Senator Cohen of St. Paul which <br />would establish a consolidation commission to <br />
