~, ,, <br />• <br />• <br />Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />January 14, 1991 <br />Page Six <br />City Attorney Karney reviewed minutes of <br />December 17 and December 26 meetings re: <br />wetland zoning ordinance. He stated that <br />14 days have to pass between the introduction <br />of an ordinance and its final adoption. <br />He advised the Council they could either <br />adopt it at the present meeting or move. to <br />adopt it at the next regularly scheduled <br />meeting. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Blanchard moved to <br />adopt the Wetland Zoning Ordinance at the <br />January 28, 1991 Council Meeting. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />City Attorney Karney also stated that he <br />did not participate in the development <br />agreement with Mounds View Business Park <br />South. Former Clerk-Administrator Pauley <br />had an outside consultant, Robert Dieke, <br />represent the City as far as the development <br />agreement and negotiations with Everest <br />Development, Ltd. <br />In a meeting with Everest the City was <br />informed they owed $127,788.15 to Everest. <br />In reviewing the figures there had been <br />an accounting error and Everest in turn <br />owed the City $42,211.85. Mr. Karney <br />commended Acting Clerk-Administrator <br />Minetor and Finance Director Brager for <br />the good work. <br />Staff had no report. <br />Councilmember Wuori reported a dog <br />problem in the Pinewood School area. <br />She requested it be brought up at the <br />next agenda session for discussion. <br />Councilmember Quick reported that he <br />and Councilmember Blanchard met with <br />the representatives of Local No. 320 <br />today and their opinions were heard. <br />Councilmember Quick would like to have <br />this item put on the next agenda session <br />agenda. <br />16.
