Ric Minetor, Director of Public. Works/City Engineer, reviewed <br />the proposed modifications to Mounds View Business Park South. <br />For further clarification, he introduced Mr. Tim Nelson of <br />Everest Development, who explained the details of the <br />modifications. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Rickaby/Wuori to approve the requested site <br />alterations by Everest Development for Maunds View Business Park <br />South. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />• 7. Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer reviewed <br />Accessibuilding, Inc.'s proposed duplex to be located on <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Dailey Knolls. <br />The Planning Commission has reviewed this item and recommended <br />Council approval. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Wuori to adopt City Council Resolution <br />No. 4102 Approving the Development Review for Accessibuilding <br />Corporation, Lot 1, Block 1, Dailey Knolls contingent upon <br />Accessibuilding obtaining the required permits from the County. <br />Councilmember Wuori asked if this unit is handicapped housing <br />and would they need off road parking? <br />Michael Jordan of Accessibuilding, Inc. stated that the persons <br />living in this duplex will not be driving, but a van will be <br />stored in the garage for transportation and that is why an 8' <br />garage door was needed. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />REPORTS: <br />Report of Councilmembers: <br />Motion Carried <br />• Councilmember Blanchard: No report. <br />
