Ramsey/Washington Watershed District Board has one <br />position open. The applicant needs to be a voting <br />resident of Ramsey County. <br />3. There will be a joint meeting on Wednesday, July 10 at <br />Fridley City Hall at 7;30 p.m. with Spring Lake Park, Mounds <br />View and Fridley in attendance to receive the Feasibility <br />Report on the Proposed Senior Center. <br />Report of Staff: <br />Ric Minetor, Public Works Director/City Engineer stated that the <br />contractor for the water treatment plant will break ground on <br />July 22, 1991. <br />Report of City Attorney: <br />1. City Attorney Richard Meyers responded to a Letter to the Editor <br />• of the City's Official Newspaper, The New Bricrhton Bulletin. The <br />question asked was, "What is non-intoxicating liquor?" City <br />Attorney Meyers defined non-intoxicating liquor according to <br />Minnesota State Statutes. <br />2.
