• PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />June 10, 1991 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 <br />p.m. on Monday, June 10, 1991. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />LL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard, Rickaby, <br />Wuori and Mayor Linke. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk-Administrator Orduno, City Attorney Barney <br />and Public Works Director/City Engineer Minetor <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 28, 1991 Regular Meeting <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to table minutes of May 28, 1991 <br />to the June 24, 1991 meeting due to corrections <br />and some problems with duplicate pages; not a <br />full set of minutes were received by <br />each Councilmember. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br />Mayor Linke stated that the Council had a special presentation to make. <br />The Council then wished Tim Ramacher, the City's Police Chief, a Happy <br />~thday. It was noted Chief Ramacher watches the Council Meeting on <br />le. <br />
