unds View City Council <br />~gular Meeting <br />Page Two <br />June 10, 1991 <br />RESIDENT REOUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />Bill Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road, inquired if the traffic problem on <br />Groveland Road had been alleviated. Mr. Frits stated that he noted <br />more traffic on Long Lake Road, especially heavy trucks. <br />Councilmember Wuori asked Mr. Frits if these trucks appeared to be <br />speeding. <br />Mr. Frits was not able to determine because, although awake, he was not up <br />so early in the morning. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Linke called for a motion on the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Linke called for a motion for approval of the Consent Agenda and <br />asked if there were any items the Council wished to remove from the Consent <br />Agenda for discussion. Mayor Linke removed Item 2 from the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick Blanchard to approve the Consent Agenda <br />minus Item 2. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke read Item 2 from the Consent Agenda which was accepting a <br />resignation-from Robyn Zollner and approval of Resolution No. 4088 <br />Commending Ms. Zollner for her years of service on the Planning Commission. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Rickaby to accept the resignation from <br />Robyn Zollner and approved Resolution No. 40$8 Commending <br />Ms. Zollner for her Years of Service on the Planning <br />Commission . <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke announced that with this resignation there are 6 members on the <br />Planning Commimssion. This commission can have up to 9 members. Anyone <br />interested in serving on this commission should contact City Hall or <br />Planning Technician, Paul Harrington for more information. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />1. Mayor Linke introduced Item 9.1 regarding the school speed zone at <br />Pinewood School on County Road I. <br />
