Orduno read the <br />resolution so as to reiterate. the restrictions of designated <br />Open Space as outlined in the City Code, Chapter 52. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Rickaby to adopt Resolution No. 4094 <br />Declaring the Property Located On Groveland Road, Across From <br />Groveland Park as City Owned Open Space <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />REPORTS: <br />Report of Councilmembers: <br />Councilmember Quick - No report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard - Received the By-laws from the Fire <br />Department regarding the Fireman's Relief Association. This <br />document includes the deletions and changes that they are <br />• planning to adopt in order to bring them into compliance with <br />state laws. Councilmember Blanchard turned this document over to <br />the City. <br />Councilmember Rickaby would like two items place on the <br />July 1, 1991 Work Session Agenda. They are as follows: <br />Discuss the screening or lack of screening <br />at the Public Works Building. <br />Area). <br />Revision of ordinances and programs regarding <br />tree diseases in the City. <br />Councilmember Wuori attended the League of Minnesota Cities <br />Conference in Rochester. Wuori collected information that <br />other Councilmembers may be interested in and will make it <br />available to them in the City offices by their mail boxes. <br />The conference was very informative, interesting and lots <br />of fun. <br />Mayor Linke's Report: <br />Mayor Linke reminded everyone that the next regular <br />meeting of the City Council will be Monday, July 8, 1991. <br />Mayor Linke will not be in attendance, therefore, <br />
