Orduno <br />stated that press releases will be put in the local newspapers so <br />that residents are made aware of the fact that these low income loans <br />are available. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to adopt Resolution No. 4096 Requesting <br />• the Metropolitan Council HRA to Apply for and Implement a Deferred <br />Loan Program within the City of Mounds View. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />3. Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, reviewed Staff <br />Report No. 91-38 Regarding the official zoning map to reflect the <br />original intent of the rezoning action which was taken on May 14, <br />1984 by Ordinance No. 358 which, in part, created an R-5 Zone <br />District. Two adjacent properties were inadvertently included in <br />the legal description of the rezoning action. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to direct staff to make the appropriate <br />changes to the official Zoning Map to reflect the original intent of <br />the rezoning action. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />4.
