unds View City Council Page Eleven <br />~gular Meeting February 10, 1992 <br />Mayor Linke stated that in the past it was an Appreciation Dinner but now, <br />in order to save costs, it would be hors d'oeuvres instead of dinner, a <br />short program and dancing to the music of the Whitesidewalls all for a cost <br />of $10.00. Mayor Linke urged everyone to come in and get tickets and prepare <br />to have a good time. <br />Orduno commented that this Appreciation Dinner is being organized strictly <br />by volunteers. <br />REPORT OF ATTORNEY <br />Mayor Linke made note that the City Attorney was not in attendance this <br />vening. Mayor Linke explained that the City Attorney will only be <br />~t meetings where there is an issue that would need his expertise. This has <br />been done as a means to save money as the City Attorney is paid by the hour. <br />If the City Attorney isn't present at a certain time when his expertise <br />would be needed, the item could always be tabled to another meeting. <br />Mayor Linke announced that the next Regular Council Meeting would be <br />February 24, at 7:00 p.m. and that the next Council Work Session would be <br />March 2 at 7:00 p.m. <br />JOURNMENT <br />There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Linke adjourned <br />the meeting at 8:21 p.m. <br />Respectfully submted, <br />r <br />le Sever~s`on <br />v Clerk <br />• <br />
