The City
should put "No Parking" signs.
Parking lot curbs have been removed for snow removal. There
were curbs .there when it was the Anchor Inn. There were also
curbs along Greenfield and County Road H2 and in front of the
building. Mr. Michna would like to see curbs installed according
to City Code.
The sod on the buffer zone and boulevard of County Road H2 and
Greenfield Avenue has been destroyed by snowplowing and needs to
be replaced.
Last Spring, Mr. Michna stated that there should be exit and
entrance signs so that the driveways can be identified.
There is parking being done on the landscaped area between
the building and treed berm along Edgewood Drive.
This is not a designated parking area. Mr. Waste's help
and the band members park there. Parking is supposed to
be provided for these persons.
• The patrons are to be out of the parking lot by 1:30 a.m.
Mr. Michna is also requesting that debris from the patrons
such as paper and other waste be cleaned up from the streets,
lawns and parking lot daily. The residents should not be
responsible for doing this.
The fire code should be enforced. Mr. Michna states that
there are more people in attendance than the fire code
allows. Mr. Michna believes the fire code allows 399 people
and Saturday night he stated there was between 800 and 1000
people there.
Permanent handicapped parking signs installed and required
amount of handicapped well marked. Mr. Michna stated that
the Mounds View Municipal Code requires handicapped signs have to
be permanent and in the ground.
