ounds View City Council Page Ten <br />~:gular Meeting January 13, 1992 <br />Councilmember Blanchard stated that Mr. Minetor should urge <br />the state or county to hold informational meetings on the <br />sound barriers on Long Lake Road so the people could at <br />least voice an opinion. <br />5. Report of Attorney <br />City Attorney Barney presented a year end report from himself <br />and City Attorney Dick Meyers. Barney stated that hopefully <br />in 1992 there will be no increase in civil litigation, the <br />nuisance suits against the City can be resolved and criminal <br />trials will remain low.
