Mr. Feller, Finance Director of Lakeville, and President of the <br />Minnesota Government Finance Officers Association presented <br />Don Brager, Finance Director for the City of Mounds View, and Mayor <br />Linke a Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting which <br />is the highest form of recognition a City can attain. <br />2. Mayor Linke removed Item 2, Licenses for Approval from the Consent <br />Agenda for discussion. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to adopt the Consent Agenda minus Item 2 <br />and waive the reading of the resolution. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke asked Orduno, City Administrator, if Mid-American Auto had met <br />all requirements for licensing. Orduno indicated that Mid-American Auto was <br />in compliance with City licensing requirements. Mayor Linke further <br />inquired as to the status of Mid-American Auto's State license. Orduno <br />indicated that the State had received all the necessary paperwork from Mid- <br />American Auto and that Mid-American Auto, at this time, was operating <br />without a State License. Orduno further explained that Mounds View's <br />~nicipal Code does not address the fact that the business would have to <br />~ve a State License before being licensed by the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />
