The Department encourages the preservation and sound <br />management of wetland areas by local units of government when they are <br />not State Protected. ~ - <br />Enclosure <br />..... of ~__ -r v~~ ~ ---~ --- - <br />There is no provision in the statutes for adding wetlands eves-during '~---- <br />the- 10-year map review period - provisions are there to delete <br />wetlands but not to add wetlands. 'The Legislature-would have Ito - <br />change the statute before a procedure for additions could be <br />implemented.
