Mounds View City Council Page Two <br />~'egular Meeting June 22, 1992 <br />After Council discussion regarding changes to the June 8, 1992 minutes <br />the minutes were amended to read as follows: <br />Councilmember Quick made a friendly amendment to the original motion to <br />change page eight, paragraph five, last word of sentence two, to <br />"muster" rather than "mustard". Also on page eight, paragraph 10 <br />should read, "Councilmember Rickaby stated that parking along the <br />boulevard is not legal. People are parking on their boulevards and <br />this is not generally enforced according to the Chief. If this <br />ordinance passes, I don't think it should." <br />The above changes were agreed to by the maker and seconder of the <br />motion. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke introduced June 8, 1992 minutes. Councilmember Rickaby and <br />Councilmember Blanchard had some amendments to be made to these minutes. <br />Mayor Linke asked Councilmember Rickaby and Councilmember Blanchard to <br />submit these amendments to the Recording Secretary. <br />MOTIO ~ SECOND: Linke/Quick to table minutes of June 8, 1992 <br />• Council Meeting to June 22, 1992. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br />No special order of business was scheduled for this meeting. <br />RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />There were no residents requests or comments at this meeting. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS• <br />7:13 p.m. - Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing to <br />consider the renewal of the Wine License <br />For Bel-Rae Ballroom, 5394 Edgewood Drive <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator stated <br />that the Bel-Rae Ballroom had met all <br />of the City's licensing requirements. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:13 p.m. <br />MOTIONf SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to approve Wine License for <br />the Bel-Rae Ballroom <br />• VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
