Mounds View City Council Page Three <br />~egular Meeting June 22, 1992 <br />7:14 p.m. - Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing to <br />consider the renewal of the Off-Sale Intoxica- <br />ting Liquor License for Budget Liquor, 2577 <br />Highway 10 <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator stated <br />that the Budget Liquor had met all <br />of the City's licensing requirements. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:14 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Rickaby to approve Off Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor for Budget Liquor <br />VOTE• <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />7:15 p.m. - Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing to <br />consider the renewal of the Off-Sale Intoxica- <br />ting Liquor License for D and R Liquor Bottle <br />Shop, Inc., 2395 Highway 10 <br />• Samantha Orduno, City Administrator stated <br />that the D and R Liquor Bottle Shop, Inc. had met all <br />of the City's licensing requirements. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:15 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to approve Off Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor for D and R Liquor Bottle Shop, Inc. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />7:16 p.m. - Mayor Linke opened the Public Hearing to <br />consider the renewal of the On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License for Robert's Off 10, 2400 County <br />Road H2 <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator stated <br />that Robert's Off 10 had met all <br />of the City's licensing requirements. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:16 p.m. <br />MOTIONJSECOND: Rickaby/Quick to approve the On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License Renewal for Robert's Off 10 <br />• VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
