Mounds View City Council Page Thirteen <br />•Zegular Meeting March 23, 1992 <br />2. Legislative Conference will be held in St. Paul over the next two <br />days. Councilmember Rickaby, Mayor Linke and Samantha Orduno will <br />attend. They will also be meeting with the state legislators to <br />discuss some legislative issues under consideration at this time <br />such as the cuts to local government aid. <br />3. Councilmember Rickaby and Samantha Orduno will be attending a <br />seminar on New Ventures in Delivering Government Services next <br />week. <br />4.
