MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 3. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Stigney, Hull,Mueller, Gunn. <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday,March 28,2011,City Council Agenda. <br /> • MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, March 28, 2011, agenda as <br /> presented. <br /> Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> Mike Read, 2208 Lois Drive, understood the City was making cuts due to budget constraints. <br /> He encouraged the Council to consider spending more wisely and re-evaluate expenses like the <br /> Community Center to assure there was a return on the City's investment. <br /> Mayor Flaherty explained that at the next Council work session meeting the Council would be <br /> reviewing every department within the City and placing a value on each entity. After this <br /> information was thoroughly reviewed, additional changes could be made by the Council <br /> regarding the Community Center. He noted the City has lost a great deal of State Aid with a loss <br /> of LGA and market value homestead credits. <br /> Dan Mueller, 8343 Groveland Road, thanked City staff for keeping the streets clear this past <br /> winter as it was a difficult storm season. <br /> 6.
