To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7707, 15 <br />Adopting the 2011 Budgets for All Funds. 16 <br />17 <br />Council Member Stigney stated he did not support the 2011 budget for all funds andsuggested18 <br />the City and Council review the structural organization of the departments to make further cuts. 19 <br />20 <br />Ayes – 4 Nays – 1 (Stigney) Motion carried. 21 <br />22 <br />B. 7:10 p.m. Public Hearing – Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 855, 23 <br />Amending Appendix E of the Municipal Code about Planningand24 <br />Development Fees. 25 <br />26 <br />Community Development Director Roberts stated this item was first heard on November 22nd. 27 <br />The ordinance amendment would amend Appendix E concerning the planning anddevelopment28 <br />fees. No changes have been made since the original hearing and staff recommended approval. 29 <br />30 <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:34 p.m. 31 <br />32 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:34 p.m. 33 <br />34 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney.
