The purchase agreement at Groveland and Highway 10 was apparently not renewed. <br /> City Administrator Ericson was pleased to announce the Coventry Senior Living Project would <br /> be breaking ground this spring. <br /> City Administrator Ericson stated 600+ area residents attended the Home and Garden Show. <br /> The vendors made a lot of great connections at the event. <br /> City Administrator Ericson commented the Tri-City County Road 10 Task Force meeting would <br /> be held Wednesday morning at City Hall. The purpose of the committee would be discussed in <br /> an effort to rename the corridor, from 35W to Highway 47 in Blaine. <br /> City Administrator Ericson indicated the spring newsletter was available and discussed the Town <br /> Hall meeting scheduled for April of 2012. <br /> City Administrator Ericson reviewed the March work session agenda in detail. <br /> Mayor Flaherty requested the Council discuss the Home for Generations Program at the <br /> upcoming work session meeting. The Council was in favor of this suggestion. <br /> • C. Reports of City Attorney. <br /> City Attorney Riggs reviewed his monthly staff report. <br /> 12.
