To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7938, Consider Approval of an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Moe’s located at 2400 County Highway 10 <br /> contingent upon the receipt of a satisfactory criminal background check and fire report. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty was pleased with the fact the Memorial Ride would be hosted by Moe’s. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />Continued Public Hearing, Resolution 7940, Consider Approval of an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for El Loro located at 2535 County Highway 10. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated this was a continued public hearing from the May 14th Council meeting for El Loro’s on sale intoxicating liquor license. Proper notice was <br /> sent out by the City to surrounding properties within 300 feet of El Loro’s and was published in the City’s official newspaper. She indicated property taxes were current, along with <br /> all City utilities and the Mounds View Police and Fire Department issued a satisfactory report. The City received a satisfactory criminal background check from the Minnesota Bureau <br /> of Apprehension. Staff recommended approval of the on sale intoxicating liquor license.
