MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />3. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Stigney, Hull, Mueller, Gunn. <br /> <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />A. Monday, June 25, 2012, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, June 25, 2012, agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />Rosemary Storberg, resident of Lino Lakes, indicated she had an interesting event occur at the Mounds View Theater. On May 17, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. she was leaving the Wynnsong Theater <br /> and tripped off the sidewalk. She contacted Carmike Theater regarding the incident. After five months, Carmike claimed they were not responsible. Ms. Storberg then brought her concerns <br /> to the City of Mounds View and it was found the sidewalk was in disrepair and a tripping hazard. She encouraged the Council to take action and bring this area into compliance with <br /> City Code. She then presented photos to the Council regarding the matter and explained she did take Carmike to court and won her case. <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs thanked Ms. Storberg for her presentation and noted he would review the information to ensure that the City was not at fault. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty recommended Jeremiah Anderson review this location to ensure that no one else is harmed. He thanked Ms. Storberg for bringing this information to the Council’s attention. <br />
