Mounds View City Council November 13, 2012 <br />Regular Meeting Page 2 <br />A. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing, Resolution 8013, a Resolution Adopting the 2013 <br />Fee Schedule. <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane reviewed the proposed 2013 fee schedule. She indicated this <br />matter was discussed by the Council at their November work session. Staff recommended <br />approval of Resolution 8013, Adopting the 2013 Fee Schedule. <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8013, a <br />Resolution Adopting the 2013 Fee Schedule. <br />Ayes — 4 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />B. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing, Resolution 8009, Consideration of a PUD <br />Amendment for 2442 County Road 10. <br />Planning Associate Heller requested the Council consider a PUD amendment for the property at <br />2442 County Road 10. She explained the PUD was approved in 1998 and involved the vacant <br />office building (previously Let's Get Graphic) on the O'Neil property. She indicated Apple Tree <br />Dental was interested in the office building to be used for dental and executive offices. Apple <br />Tree Dental has proposed both interior and exterior changes to the building, which would <br />encroach on the Highway 10 setback by 10 feet. She reviewed the trail alignment for this <br />property. Staff had no objections to the request and recommended the Council approve the PUD <br />amendment. <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:17 p.m. <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:17 p.m. <br />Council Member Stigney asked if the shifted sidewalk would create any safety hazards. Planning <br />Associate Heller did not see a concern by shifting the trail several feet. She explained the <br />developer would be paying for the expense of moving the sidewalk. <br />Acting Mayor Mueller questioned if this matter was reviewed by the Planning Commission. <br />Planning Associate Heller explained this was reviewed by the Planning Commission last <br />Wednesday and received unanimous approval. <br />Acting Mayor Mueller requested further information on the landscape plans for the site. <br />Donovan Nelson, HGA Architects & Engineers, stated a landscape architect has been hired for <br />the project to assist with enhancing the site. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull.
