MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL: Sonterre, Quick, Marty, and Stigney. Absent: Thomas. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, June 11, 2001 City Council Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the July 9, 2001, City Council Agenda as <br />presented. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />4. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Jerry Linke, 2319 Knoll Drive stated there are tapes of meetings that are missing. He said he <br />finds it hard to believe. He commented that there are supposed to be tapes at the library. A <br />resolution was approved that stated copies were to be sent to the library, and he didn't see any <br />there. <br />Mr. Linke also questioned whether the computers should be confiscated of the Clerk <br />Administrator, and her assistant. <br />Mr. Linke read a comment from the bulletin that Council Member Thomas made, which he <br />thought was inappropriate. "We would have better discussion with staff if we don't have <br />residents there." <br />Mr. Linke questioned two items on the presented agenda under "closed session" which were the <br />Banquet Center Agreement and the Unemployment Insurance Appeal. He asked if the Council <br />could explain to the public why those items are on the agenda. <br />City Attorney Riggs stated that both items satisfy Statute 13 <br />• <br />
