XXXX CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE I: GENERAL PROVISIONS, CHAPTER 10: RULES OF CONSTRUCTION; GENERAL PENALTY, SECTION 10.999 GENERAL PENALTY AND ENFORCEMENT, OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title I: General Provisions, Chapter 10: Rules of Construction; General Penalty; Section 10.999; General Penalty and Enforcement of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the underlined material as follows: TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS - CHAPTER 10: RULES OF CONSTRUCTION; GENERAL PENALTY: 10.999 GENERAL PENALTY AND ENFORCEMENT. (A) General penalty. (6) Non-peace officer citations or administrative offenses.
