RESOLUTION 10059 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE COST PROPOSAL FOR THE GRANITE FEATURE <br /> PIECES FOR THE TRIBUTE PARK <br /> WHEREAS, in 2022 the City Council requested that Staff investigate installing a <br /> possible Veterans Memorial Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff informed the contractor, Create a Legacy, that Council <br /> approved Concept 5 of the Tribute Park Plans and that a soft opening day was set for <br /> September 13, 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Contractor indicated the granite for the features is 4 months out <br /> and needs to be order now to be received, engraved and be set in place to meet the <br /> date of September 13, 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff received the cost proposal from Create a Legacy of $65,765.00 <br /> for the granite features of the Tribute Park. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Approves the cost proposal for the granite features from Create a Legacy of <br /> Richmond, MN at cost of $65,765.00. <br /> 2.
