Resolution 10066 Continued <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1) Keep program/procedures as is by continuing to provide private property with rates for tree <br /> removals as outlined in the agreement with a tree removal contractor. <br /> 2) Revise the program to include the contractor providing rates/costs for boulevard trees, and for <br /> the Contractor to provide a cost on privately owned diseased tree removals solely for the <br /> property owner to make the decision. <br /> 3) Revise the program and provide a cost for boulevard trees only. Private tree removals and <br /> locating a contractor would be the responsibility of the property owner. Timeline for removal <br /> would be set by the City Arborist and adhered to by the Property Owner. <br /> 4) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br /> appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this resolution. <br /> 5) The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or convenient in order <br /> to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of February, 2025 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> (Seal) Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> The Mounds View Vision <br /> A Thriving Desirable Community <br />
