Finalize <br /> development agreement and resolutions regarding right-of-way. Work on Doll driveway and <br /> right-of-way acquisition. Consult with developer and counsel regarding matter. Executed <br /> documents have been received and recorded with Ramsey County. Payment to Doll has <br /> occurred. Matter is presently pending. <br /> MU210-304: Long Lake Cove (7700 Long Lake Road). Review City, County and consultant emails <br /> regarding creation of a third driveway. Review driveway agreement, resolution, etc. Matter is <br /> presently pending. <br /> MU210-317: Cannabis Matters. Review inquiry regarding developing a cannabis business, licensing and <br /> timing issues. Legal research regarding same. Consult with City staff regarding same. Consult <br /> with City staff regarding the sale of 2833 Mounds View Boulevard and the possible installation <br /> of a modular building for the hemp business on the property [see also MU205-651. Review <br /> cannabis management agreement. Draft cannabis ordinance, cannabis notice and memorandum <br /> regarding cannabis approval process.
