Resolution 5755 Appointing Barbara Haake to the Airport Advisory Board <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Marty requested that Items A, D, E, G and I be removed for discussion. <br />Council Member Stigney requested that Item C be removed for discussion. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Thomas. To Approve Consent Agenda Item A as Presented. <br />Council Member Marty asked whether the check issued to Ikon Health and Fitness was for <br />repairs to the fitness equipment at the Community Center. <br />Finance Director Hansen indicated it was for repairing the fitness equipment but said he was not <br />sure what repairs were made. <br />Mayor Sonterre indicated the repairs were for the heart monitor devices on the treadmill. <br />Council Member Marty questioned whether the Charter Commission had incurred further legal <br />expenses beyond what was approved at the last meeting because Check No. 108022 was an <br />amount nearly the same as previously approved. <br />Finance Director Hansen indicated there had been legal fees as a continuation of the discussion <br />from the prior month. <br />City Attorney Riggs said he could give Council the opinion that he sent to the Charter <br />Commission and explained there were multiple questions he was asked to provide interpretation <br />for as well as potential revisions to the charter. <br />Council Member Marty asked whether the funds expended for the Mermaid detention pond <br />would be reimbursed or if it was the City's portion. <br />
