County Road H2 Street Project -Change Order No. 2 Resolution No. 5876 <br />Authorizing Storm Sewer Improvements on County Road H and Five <br />Miscellaneous Items Not Included in the Original Bid. <br />Public Works Director Lee addressed Council and explained Change Order Number 2 and the <br />other items including adding a catch basin to eliminate ponding at the new entrance to the <br />Mermaid. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 5876, a <br />Resolution Authorizing Storm Sewer Improvements on County Road H and Five Miscellaneous <br />Items Not Included in the Original Bid. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />B. 2002 Well Rehabilitation Project -Resolution No. 5877 Approving the Plans and <br />Specifications and Setting a Bids Date of December 3, 2002 <br /> <br />Public Works Director Lee addressed Council and indicated that the plans and specifications <br />were before Council for approval as well as setting a bid date of December 3, 2002. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Marty. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 5877, a <br />Resolution Approving the Plans and Specifications and Setting a Bids Date of December 3, 2002. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried <br />C. Set a Public Hearing for December 9, 2002 for Consideration of a Storm Water <br />Utility Increase. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Set a Public Hearing for December 9, 2002, for <br />Consideration of a Storm Water Utility Increase. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />D. Set a Public Hearing for December 9, 2002 for Consideration of a Street Light <br />Utility Increase. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Sonterre.
