APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. City Council Minutes September 8, 2003 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Stigney. To Approve the City Council Minutes for September 8, <br />2003 as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Council Member Gunn indicated that Irondale High would be having a marching band show on <br />Saturday, September 27, 2003 starting at 5:30 p.m. and invited all to come out and support them. <br />Mayor Linke indicated the Bridges is having glow ball golf Friday, September 26, 2003 <br />beginning at 6:30 p.m. and invited all to come out and play. Fees are $22.00 per adult golfer and <br />$17.00 per youth golfer. <br />B. Reports of Staff <br />1. Camcorder Use Policy <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that Council had requested that Staff develop a camcorder <br />use policy and that has been done and it will be adopted as an administrative policy. <br />2. City Priority Document <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated he had brought this item forward to show Council the <br />priorities adopted and the strategies, completion dates and which Staff members will be working <br />to complete the project. <br />3. Employee Appreciation Breakfast <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that a breakfast has been planned in an attempt to cut down <br />on costs while still providing recognition to employees for years of service. He then indicated <br />that Council Members are invited and said Department Heads will be serving the employees. <br />Mayor Linke asked Staff to post the meeting. <br />4. Boards and Commission Dinner <br />Mayor Linke asked Staff to post the meeting. <br />
